Bernina's all-terrain foot is indispensable when maximum maneuverability is required. This foot will allow you to follow any contour and will climb over uneven layers without hesitation.

- Use Foot #55 for smooth stitching on leather and suede, for outline stitching (as on quilts) and for applying large size piping such as on pillows and cushions
- The single roller makes it possible to steer the fabric and change direction at will, perfect for outlining curves and complex designs
- Use this foot to make oversized cording or welting. Since the roller is all to one side, any size of cording can be used to the right of the foot (and needle)
Fits all the old Bernina models from the 530 to the 1630, including the current 1008.
This foot does not fit modern electronic models, Artista, Aurora, Virtuosa & Activa.
