This Janome even feed foot which is more commonly referred to as the walking foot, popular with quilter's, this foot will help to feed on the top side of the fabric along with your feed dog on the bottom side, this creates an even feed and will help in stopping slippage.
The walking foot is also great for heavier fabrics such as leather and vinyl.
